Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for business and the convenience of traveling through Amman. I will be back to this place soon..!!!

The hotel is located literally 5 min driving distance from airport. There is a free shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back. We arrived to the airport and there was no bus waiting for us. Once we called the hotel (and they answer in a very good English), they sent us a bus within 10 minutes. Despite negative comments (and our expectations were low), the hotel is quite ok for a 1-2 nights stay. Comfy beds, all basics in the room, water, towels etc.

I had read some poor reviews about the staff and free Airport transfer service but they couldn’t have been better for us. I have been advised that there is a pickup from the airport every 15 minutes and the car was there when we walked outside. The staff at reception were very polite and the transfer back to the airport came in less than 5 mins following request. The room was perfectly good for an overnight transit. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have the charging adapter required locally, and they let me borrow one they had. They brought it up to my room. Complimentary breakfast was nice. A simple, nice breakfast. Eggs, bread, water, meat slices, and cheese. Good for me. My room was nice. Comfortable and quiet. I took a nice nap, before my flight. The shuttle service to and from the airport is pretty quick. I didn't wait long.

We saw that tourism was suffering all throughout Jordan, due to the war. But the staff atthe Amman Airport Hotel did everything they could to make our short stay there perfect. They upgraded our room, sent us a fruitbasket and made sure that the aiprort shuttle work flawlessly. We may have been the only Westerners at the hotel that night, and they even unlocked the bar to get us a much-needed drink. Here's looking to better times.

I enjoyed that it was a close location to the airport, and there was a shuttle service to the airport. That relieved my stress of having to find transportation. Also all of the staff was very friendly and hospitable.

I have stayed at this property next to the Amman airport 4 or 5 times now. It is located next to the Airport for easy travel back and forth. The staff has always been very helpful and nice. The value toi me is very good. I usually stay less than 24 hours in Amman so this hotel is perfect.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle service every 15 minutes or so. It is very convenient if you need to take a daytrip tour because they can pick you up from the hotel.

We checked in late and had an early onward flight the following morning. The hotel gave us two plates full of fruits and biscuits. This was unexpected and a lovely surprise. The room was clean and full of all the stuff you need, e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc... when you don't have your main bags because they are checked to your final destination.
